Delhi - Agra - Gwalior - Khajuraho - Orcha - Bhopal -  Indore - Onkareshwar - Maheshwar – Mumbai

Day 1:  Arrive Delhi
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed for a half day sightseeing of New and Old Delhi. In New Delhi, visit the Qutab Minar, Moghul Emperor Humayun's Tomb, India Gate and the Parliament House. In Old Delhi see the Red Fort, Raj Ghat – the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, Jama Masjid. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 2:  Delhi-Agra by train
In time transfer to the railway station to board train (Shatabdi Express ) for Agra. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon proceed for a sightseeing tour of city visiting Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in 1560 in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later, visit Agra Fort with magnificent halls of private and public audiences and other palaces. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 3:  Agra-Gwalior by train
In time transfer to the railway station in time to board train (Shatabdi Express) for Gwalior. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon proceed for a sightseeing tour of city visiting Gujari Mahal, Man Mandir, the Gwalior Fort, Sas-Bahu Temples. Later visit, Scindia Museum at Jai Vilas Palace. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 4:  Gwalior-Jhansi by train
Jhansi-Khajuraho by surface

In time transfer to the railway station to board (Shatabdi Express) for Jhansi. Meeting and assistance on arrival and Khajuraho en-route visit Orchha – Orcha Palace, Temple and walk around local market. Continue your drive to Khajuraho and on arrival, check in at the hotel. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 5:  Khajuraho
Morning proceed for a sightseeing tour of Eastern Group & Western Group of Temples including the Ghantai Temple, Vamana Temple, Javari Temple. Visit the Western Group of Temples, most important being the Kandariya Mahadeo Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also see the Chitragupta or Bharat Ji Temple Afternoon is at leisure.  Overnight is at the hotel

Day 6: Khajuraho –Jhansi by surface
Jhansi-Bhopal by train
(187 kms / 4 – 5 Hrs)
In time transfer to the Jhansi railway station to board train (Shatabdi Express) for Bhopal. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of city visiting Taj-ul-Masjid, Jama Masjid, Moti Masjid, Shaukat Mahal, Sadar Manzil and Laxminarayan Temple.  Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 7:  In Bhopal-Sanchi-Udaigiri-Sanchi
Morning proceed for full day excursion to Sanchi stupa and Udaigiri Caves.  Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 8:  Bhopal-Bhimbetka-Bhopal Bhopal – Indore by surface

Morning proceed for a half day excursion to Bhimbetka, where about 700 rock-shelters belonging to the Neolithic age have recently been discovered. Afternoon, you will drive for Indore. On arrival, check in at hotel. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 9:  Indore - Mandu - Indore Morning proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of city including a drive past the Old Palace and the New Palace. Visit Manik Bagh and the Lal Bagh which is now converted into a museum displaying furniture-collections and other artifacts of the palace and the Kanch Mandir, the Jain temple. Afternoon excursion to Mandu, the 'city of joy'. Visit the Royal Enclave Buildings, Jahaz Mahal (the Ship Palace), Hindola Mahal, Champa Bauli and Ashrafi Mahal. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 10:  Indore-Omkareshwar & Maheshwar - Indore
Today you will proceed for a full day excursion to Omkareshwar and Maheshwar. Omkareshwar is an island at the confluence of Narmada and Kaveri rivers. Maheshwar Fort and temples are also situated on the banks of the Narmada River. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 11:  Indore-Ujjain-Dewas-Indore Indore-Mumbai by Air
Morning proceed for an excursion to Ujjain. Visit the temple of Mahakaleshwar, Jantar Mantar, Bathing Ghats of Shipra River and the Gopal Mandir. Also visit Dewas to see Pawar Chattries and Dewas Gates. Later you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight for Mumbai. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 12:  In Mumbai
Morning proceed for a half day excursion to Elephanta Caves. The famous Trimurti sculpture of three-faced Shiva depicting his three aspects as Creator, Preserver and Destroyer is powerfully portrayed in the massive sculpture. Afternoon sightseeing tour of city visiting the Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens, Kamala Nehru Park and also Mani Bhavan where Mahatma Gandhi stayed during his visits to Mumbai. Overnight is at the hotel

Day 13:  Departure Mumbai
In time transfer to the airport to board flight for onward destination
